Treatment for OI

Treatment for osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) is directed at managing the symptoms. The goal of all treatment is to minimize fractures, enhance independent function, reduce pain and promote general health. Although there is plenty of research, a cure has not been found for OI. Below are a few recommendations commonly followed for a healthier lifestyle with OI. 1) Physical and Occupational therapy
