Support Group

People with OI and caregivers of people with OI come together to form Support Groups to strengthen each other on the journey with OI. By sharing personal experiences immense emotional comfort and moral support is given to each other. Through these interactions one can better cope with OI. In addition to sharing personal experiences one can have guest speakers at Support Group meetings in order to learn something new about easing life with OI, such as a yoga teacher showing simple yoga postures or art based therapy such as painting.
